CLASS ATTIRE

Pre-Ballet Theatre: Girls - Solid colored leotard with pink tights or short white socks, and pink ballet slippers... ballet skirt is optional. Hair should be pulled off of the face and no large or hanging jewelry, please. Boys - White fitted t-shirt, black tights or dance pants/shorts, and black or white ballet slippers. Hair should be secured off of face & neck.

Ballet Theatre 1-6: Girls - Black leotard, pink convertible tights, and pink split-sole ballet slippers. Matching black ballet skirt. (Yoga mats & pointe shoes for BT4-6 students, upon teacher recommendation.) Hair must be pulled back from the face & neck and secured into a neat bun. Dancers with short hair must wear a headband/barrette to keep hair off of the face & neck. No large or hanging jewelry, please. Boys - White fitted t-shirt, black dance pants or dance shorts, and black or white split sole ballet slippers. Hair should be secured off of face & neck.

Modern: Girls - Black camisole leotard, pink or black convertible tights AND fitted black leggings/dance pants with a fitted solid colored tank or t-shirt. Hair should be pulled back from the face & neck and secured into a ponytail. Dancers with short hair should wear a headband/barrette to keep hair off of the face & neck. No large or hanging jewelry, please. Boys - White fitted t-shirt, black dance pants or dance shorts. Hair should be secured off of face & neck.

MT Jazz: Girls - Black leotard, pink or black convertible tights AND fitted black leggings/dance pants with a fitted solid colored tank or t-shirt. Tan or black jazz shoes. Hair should be pulled back from the face & neck and secured into a ponytail. Dancers with short hair should wear a headband/barrette to keep hair off of face & neck. No large or hanging jewelry, please. Boys - White fitted t-shirt, black dance pants or dance shorts, and black jazz shoes. Hair should be secured off of face & neck.

ALLERGIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Please be sure to inform CCBT & your teacher of any special medical considerations or allergies.

*CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

*Should local health data move in the wrong direction, or a CCBT student or staff member tests positive for COVID-19 & the studio’s required to close temporarily for a thorough ‘deep cleaning/disinfecting…’ ALL ‘in-studio’ programs would immediately move back online in their regularly scheduled time slots, until it was safe to return and/or we were allowed to reopen.

*If a student needs to withdraw from a CCBT Class or Workshop, there is a $50 cancellation fee/per student and two options available: 1.) Use the remaining tuition balance at the date of the written withdrawl/cancellation request, as a credit towards a future CCBT Class or Workshop based upon availability. 2.) Receive a refund for the remaining tuition balance available.

*SUMMER WORKSHOPS: There will be a small snack provided by CCBT each day (cookies/crackers/lemonade). Please inform CCBT and your teacher if your child suffers from any food allergies, etc. Also, when the weather is nice, we will picnic outside… so, please include sunscreen!! FULL-DAY SUMMER WORKSHOP STUDENTS… Please don’t forget to bring a bag lunch and drink each day, too!!

*UNTIL THE PANDEMIC IS OVER... NO SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED NOR ALLOWED INSIDE THE STUDIO DURING OUR 'SUMMER MINI-WORKSHOPS.'

IMAGE RELEASE: Upon signing the registration form, it is understood and agreed upon that photos and/or video may be taken while students are participating in CCBT classes and workshops, and may be used for CCBT promotional purposes.

END OF THE DAY PICK-UP: Please arrive to pick-up your child promptly at the end of each class or workshop day. Also, please notify your teacher if someone besides the parent/guardian will pick up your child.

2020 COVID SHUTDOWN CREDITS: Any family who opted for the 'COVID Shutdown Credit' vs. a tuition refund when the studio was required to close on March 13th, 2020, can use that credit until its expiration on September 13th, 2021.
