ATTIRE
Pre-Ballet Theatre I and II: Solid colored leotard with short white socks or pink tights, and pink ballet slippers... ballet skirt is optional. Hair pulled off of the face and no large jewlery, please.
Ballet Theatre I and II: Black, White, or Light Pink leotard with short white ballet socks or pink tights, and pink ballet slippers. Matching ballet skirt is optional. Hair must be pulled back from the face and secured into a neat bun. Dancers with short hair must wear a headband/barrette to keep hair off of the face and neck. No large jewelry please.

ALLERGIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please be sure to inform CCBT & your teacher of any special medical considerations. There will be a small snack provided by CCBT each day (cookies/crackers/lemonade). Please inform CCBT if your child suffers from any food allergies, etc. Also, when the weather is nice, we will picnic outside… so, please include sunscreen in your child’s bag lunch!!

Upon registration, parent/student understands that photos or video may be taken while participating in workshops/classes, and may be used for CCBT promotional purposes.
END OF THE DAY PICK-UP
Please arrive to pick-up your child promptly at the end of each workshop day. Also, please let your teacher know if someone else besides parent will pick up your child.
VISITOR'S DAYS & IN-STUDIO PERFORMANCES: There will be a "Visitor's Day," the final week of each semester, during your child's regular class time. There will also be an "in-studio" performance for friends and family, during the last 20 minutes of the final day, for each week-long workshop. Don’t forget to bring your cameras!
FEES: Returned Check fee : $30
Cancellation Policies : Withdrawal up to 10 days prior to start of workshop, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Withdrawal after this 10 day period, 2 options are available:
1.) There will be a $100 cancellation fee, plus the cost of any workshop days/classes that have occurred, up until the date of your cancellation request.
2.) Credit to your CCBT account… There will be a $100 cancellation fee, plus the cost of any classes that have occurred up until the date of your cancellation request. Credit can be used for any future workshops or classes, based on space availability.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR UNATTENDED WORKSHOP DAYS OR CLASSES.
